I am a motivational speaker, content creator, youth development specialist, and library professional with a passion for empowering individuals and organizations to create meaningful, life-changing impacts. For eight years, I worked as a youth development professional in one of the largest library systems in the United States, serving young people from over 25+ countries worldwide.
Each day, my team and I built a dynamic academic environment that fostered positive relationships, civic engagement, and pathways to post-graduate success. Under my leadership, our programs helped over 100+ youth achieve academic and personal milestones, developing confidence, resilience, and self-worth. Over eight years, we maintained a 100% high school graduation rate, with over 95% of participants continuing their education at colleges, universities, or trade schools. One of my most impactful initiatives was #WellConnected, a community interface designed to bridge communication, health and wellness, and literacy gaps between young adults and library staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
